The hard part is convincing your prospective clientele that it's needed. I regularly spot glaring typos on even the most high-end of restaurants, so pretensions and spelling do not always coordinate either. I like that idea! I don't think that proofing a menu would take that long and if I got paid with dinner I suspect the taxman wouldn't even come after me. The idea has more use than I thought, now I write it out...
