		<description>I like that idea! The hard part is convincing your prospective clientele that it&#039;s needed. I regularly spot glaring typos on even the most high-end of restaurants, so pretensions and spelling do not always coordinate either.</description>

		<description>Being the spelling pedant that I am (even if I can&#039;t spot the mistakes in my own writing) I&#039;m often tempted to put up a card in my local post office window offering a menu proof reading service. I don&#039;t think that proofing a menu would take that long and if I got paid with dinner I suspect the taxman wouldn&#039;t even come after me.
